How Does It Work:
It will start with a free 30 – minute discovery call on Zoom, where we will talk about your needs and fears. From the second meeting, which will last 60 minutes we will finally begin working on yourself through deep questions that would be needed to truly understand your mental barriers and gain clarity. With the first assessment that I will assign you, I love to create a personalized map of your journey which give you:
1. Clarity on what you want to achieve in your career and life
2. Identifying the roots of stuck patterns of behaviours
3. Maximizing your potential and how to apply with awareness of your skills and capacity.
NLP Techniques:
Thanks to many unique exercises and activities that I’ve practised and mastered over the years, you will take a step closer to your goals. During meetings, I will also apply Neuro-Linguistic Program’s (NLP) techniques that are specifically designed to help you reach your highest skill level. Through the NLP, you will understand how to deal with your limits and your challenges, giving all your best to reach your specific aims in life. In each session, you will also receive a report containing all the essential information we discussed, so you can continue working on yourself even after our sessions.
